Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • North Island: All New Zealand mainland orders under $120 come with a FLAT shipping rate of $6.00.

  • South Island: All New Zealand mainland orders under $120 come with a FLAT shipping rate of $8.00.

  • Orders Over $120: All orders over $120 receive FREE SHIPPING, no promo code required!

Please Note: Flat Rate Shipping is not applicable for New Zealand's offshore islands. If you would like us to ship to any of New Zealand's offshore islands, please contact us for a price at candles@earthcandles.co.nz.

International Shipping

We can offer international shipping on a case-by-case quotation basis. If you would like to enquire about international shipping costs, please message us with the following information:

  1. What you would like to order (be specific).

  2. Full delivery address, including postal code.

Without this information, we are unable to provide any international shipping costs.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Earth Candles Co. is not responsible for these charges. If applied, they are the responsibility of the receiver to pay.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange candles if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully. If there is a genuine fault with any item, we will replace it free of charge. Our full refund, return, and exchange policy can be found on our Refund Policy page.
